Profit & Loss page එකෙන් ඔයාගේ project එකේ financial health එක පිළිබඳ full breakdown එකක් බලාගන්න පුළුවන්. ඔයාට මේ job එකෙන් හරියටම කොච්චර profit එකක් ලැබෙනවද කියලා බලාගන්න පුළුවන් වෙන්න, මේකෙන් ඔයාගේ හැම cost සහ income එකක්ම එකම තැනකට එකතු කරලා දෙනවා.

Profit & Loss Open කරගන්නේ කොහොමද?

Profit & Loss statement එක ඔයාගේ main project details area එකෙන් access කරන්න පුළුවන් standalone page එකක් විදිහට හැම device එකකම ලබාදීලා තියෙනවා.

ඔයාගේ Project Details page එකේ යටම තියෙන Accounting & Financials section එකට ගිහින් Profit & Loss card එක උඩ click කරන්න.

ඔයාගේ Financial Summary Cards තේරුම් ගැනීම

ඔයා මේ page එක open කරගත්තම, උඩින්ම තියෙන summary cards වලින් project එකේ overall money stats ගැන quick look එකක් බලාගන්න පුළුවන්:

Retail Total: ඔයාගේ standard customer-facing prices අනුව project එකේ තියෙන total value එක.
Dealer Total: Baseline dealer prices පාවිච්චි කරලා ගණනය කරපු project එකේ total cost එක.
Money Received: Receipts හරහා client ගෙන් ඔයා successfully collect කරගත්තු total money amount එක.
Total Discount: Client ට ලබා දීලා තියෙන total price reductions amount එක.
Actual Cost (Quoted): මුලින්ම quote කරපු items සහ labor මිලදී ගැනීම වෙනුවෙන් ඇත්තටම වියදම් වුණු සල්ලි.
Actual Cost (Non-quoted): මුල් quote එකේ කොටසක් නොවුණු extra items, returns, හෝ miscellaneous entries වෙනුවෙන් ඇත්තටම වියදම් වුණු සල්ලි.
Proj. Gross (Projected Gross): Physical job එක පටන් ගන්න කලින් calculate කරපු, ඔයා බලාපොරොත්තු වන expected profit margin එක.
Actual Gross: ඔයා ඇත්තටම වියදම් කරපු සල්ලි (what you actually spent) සහ ඔයාගේ retail prices සසඳා calculate කරපු real profit margin එක.
Net Profit: හැම actual costs, receipts, adjustments, සහ extra fees එකක්ම ඇතුළත් කරලා බැලුවට පස්සේ ඔයාට ඉතිරි වෙන final amount එක.

Items සහ Money Flows List කරලා තියෙන විදිහ

Summary cards වලට පල්ලෙහායින්, ඔයා quotations හදනකොට items organize කරපු standard groups (Camera, DVR/NVR, වගේ) වලටම වෙන් කරලා ඔයාගේ financial data පිළිවෙළට display වෙනවා.

1. Smart Cost Tracking

මේ dashboard එකෙන් ඔයාගේ project එකට link වෙලා තියෙන හැම එකම money flow එකක්ම log කරනවා:

Profit Items: Earnings සහ incoming revenue values ඔක්කොම කොළ පාට text එකකින් highlight කරලා තියෙනවා.
Expense Items: Costs සහ outgoing expenses ඔක්කොම රතු පාට text එකකින් පෙන්වනවා.

2. Comprehensive Tracking

මේ list එකට ඔයාගේ project operations වල හැම line item එකක්ම ඇතුළත් වෙනවා:

Client payments (Receipts).
Shopping කරන වෙලාවේ කෙලින්ම එකතු කරපු extra hardware items (procurement වලින් එන Non-quoted items).
Project එකට කෙලින්ම එකතු වුණු extra travel හෝ transport expenses (Non-quoted logistics / travel).
Manually එකතු කරපු extra on-site crew හෝ internal staff (Non-quoted personnel).
ඔයාගේ cash flow log එකෙන් එන custom cash tracking additions (Misc entries).

3. Filters සහ Visual Tags

Non-Quoted Tag: මුල් quote එකට ඇතුළත් නොකර, පස්සේ procurement හෝ setup වෙලාවේදී එකතු කරපු ඕනම item එකක දම් පාට Non-quoted tag එකක් වැටෙනවා. ඒ නිසා unexpected project expenses ක්ෂණිකවම spot කරගන්න පුළුවන්.

Item Grid Columns තේරුම් ගැනීම

හැම item row එකකම ඔයාගේ prices, adjustments, සහ final profit margins එක ළඟ තියලා track කරන්න පුළුවන් detailed column layout එකක් තියෙනවා:

ACTUAL PRICE / TOTAL	ඔයා vendor ට per unit ගෙවපු real-world cost එක සහ ඔයාගේ true final expense total එක track කරනවා.
PROJ. GROSS	Physical job එක පටන් ගන්න කලින් calculate කරපු, ඔයා බලාපොරොත්තු වන expected profit margin එක.
ACTUAL GROSS	හැම real-world purchase cost එකක්ම එකතු කරාට පස්සේ ඔයාට ඇත්තටම ලැබුණු true final profit margin එක.
